Sweet 16 & Quinceañera Planning ~

~ Day-Of Coordinating ~ Planning services for the TWO WEEKS preceding your Event Date!  ~  $1,195

~ Full Coordinating ~ All-inclusive planning.  We can begin this package at any point in your planning process  ~  $1,950 – $4,000       (depending on your vision for the event and how far into planning you already are.)


Sweet 16 & Quinceañera Photography ~

Hourly Rate   ~   

~ $175 / hour   ~   Includes 1 photographer and a photography consultant.

~ $250 / hour   ~   Includes 2 photographers and a photography consultant.

Event Copyrights   ~ $500   ~   Ownership of the high-resolution, fully edited images.  Price is a flat rate.

Additional Products    ~Click To See Our Print Price List~  Including Albums, Enlarged Portraits, and more!

If you book Moments & Milestones for both Planning & Photography services, you will receive a “Package Bundle” discount. (Discount amount dependent on the planning service you choose)


Sweet 16 & Quinceañera Portrait Session ~

Session Fee   ~   $225 / session   ~   1-hour, custom designed session tailored to your style and personality. Session Fee includes the copyrights to 5 digital images of your choice!

Product(all product charges are in addition to your session fee)

Digital Copyrights   ~  Ownership of the high-resolution, fully edited images from your session!

~  $250  ~   Copyrights to *ALL* of the images from the session.

~  $150  ~   Copyrights to your choice of your *Top Twenty*  images from the session (15 additional images above the 5 that come with your session fee)

~  $15  ~   Individual Image copyrights

How Do I Book You Guys??

*Spoilers* (It’s Really Easy!)

Call us (210-973-6640),   EMAIL US,   or fill out our CONTACT FORMinclude the date of your event and any questions you may have and we’ll respond immediately!  You can come to our studio and visit us in person, or we can walk you through the process through phone or email.

The Money

Payment Plans

  • For an event, an initial retainer of $250 is required with a signed contract to reserve your date.  And the remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments, to be paid in full 30 days before your event date.
  • For a Photo Session, 50% of your session fee is due upon booking.  The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
