Prom Photography Session  ~

Session Fee   ~   $225 / session   ~   1-hour, custom designed session tailored to your style and personality. Can include just you, you and a date, you and a group of friends…we’re easy! Session Fee includes the copyrights to 5 digital images of your choice!

Product ~  (all product charges are in addition to your session fee)

Digital Copyrights   ~  Ownership of the high-resolution, fully edited images from your session!

~  $250  ~   Copyrights to *ALL* of the images from the session.

~  $150  ~   Copyrights to your choice of your *Top Twenty*  images from the session (15 additional images above the 5 that come with your session fee)

~  $15  ~   Individual Image copyrights

School Prom Coverage  ~

Includes complimentary online slideshow for delivery of final, high-resolution, hand edited files.  Prices include the licensed copyrights for your images.

Coverage Prices :

  • $175 / hr   ~   1 Photographer
  • $650 / 4 hrs  (half day)  ~   1 Photographer
  • $75 / hr   ~   Each Additional Photographer
  • $45 / hr   ~   Each Assistant, when required

Additional Options :

  • Portable Studio/Backdrop (Includes delivery, set-up and tear-down)  ~  $150 / Station
  • Green Screen (Includes delivery, set-up and tear-down) ~ $300 / Station
    • Green screen stations require 1 Photographer + 1 Assistant to function (not included in price)
    • Additional design fee for custom digital backdrops may be necessary
  • All options include digital copyrights
  • Minimum Booking = 1 hour of coverage
  • $.85 / mile, per team member traveling to you will be added for locations outside of a 20 mile radius of our San Antonio based studio

Graduation Party Planning ~

Rate   ~   $600 and up (depending on your vision for the event.)   ~   Coordination & Set-Up if applicable       (**Rate is for our coordination services only…and does not include the rate of other vendors such as venue, floral, decor, etc.)

Graduation Party Photography ~

Rate   ~   $175 / hour   ~   Includes copyrights of the high-res, fully edited images. (Minimum is 1 hour.  Can be booked in 1/2 hour increments above the minimum coverage)

Graduation Party Planning/Photography ~

Rate    ~  $675 and up (depending on your vision for the event.)   ~   Bundle both services for a $100 discount!!

How Do I Book You Guys??

*Spoilers* (It’s Really Easy!)

Call us (210-973-6640),   EMAIL US,   or fill out our CONTACT FORM…include the date of your event and any questions you may have and we’ll respond immediately!  You can come to our studio and visit us in person, or we can walk you through the process through phone or email.

The Money

Payment Plans

  • For an event, an initial retainer of $250 is required with a signed contract to reserve your date.  And the remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments, to be paid in full 30 days before your event date.
  • For a Photo Session, 50% of your session fee is due upon booking.  The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
