Hello Ladies and Gentlemen! I’ve got a fun event to share with you today! Jessica’s family is from Egypt and Mohammad’s is originally from Palestine – so we had the chance to immerse ourselves in Muslim culture & traditions for their Engagement Ceremony. Jessica and Mohammad (Mo) originally met through a mutual friend. During a rough time in her personal life, Jessica posted some pictures of herself on Instagram with an encouraging quote – and got an outstanding response. She kept posting and her following grew significantly. She was living in Hawaii at the time, studying to be a medical doctor. And her account became popular enough for Mo, who was living in California, to see her picture online. He became VERY interested in meeting Jessica and found out they had mutual friends. He asked his friend to introduce him to her…and the rest, as they say, is history.
The event was held at the Eilan Hotel. We met early, before the ceremony, and had the chance to take some intimate shots with the new bride and groom and some of their immediate families…and then then party started!! 🙂 Family danced and sang as they escorted the new bride and groom into the ballroom. Here are a few of the highlights from the evening – I hope you enjoy the images!
They were a very, very joyful and passionate family. We were so honored to play a part in this Engagement Ceremony. Thank you to the Motawea family for allowing us to serve Jessica and Mohammad during this time. I’m sure the new bride and groom would be very thankful if you left them an encouraging comment. Or, if you have questions for us – don’t hesitate to comment or reach out directly. We are very happy to help in any way we can.
Cheers everyone…
